The city of Cunit is located on the coast, approximately 40 km west of Barcelona. Traditionally known as a holiday destination with vacation apartments, the evolving housing market in Barcelona and the growing opportunities for remote work have brought about a transformation in the region.
This project is situated on an undeveloped urban site next to the train station and very close to the beach, making it particularly appealing to families seeking an apartment outside of the Barcelona metropolitan area.
The building consists of seven units of modern, functional, flexible, and ecological apartments, all with exterior terraces or gardens
