Renovation of a flat in a 19th century residential building, located in the historical center of Barcelona. The clients wanted a new, modern and functional home that would preserve the configuration of the spaces and some of the most relevant elements or finishes from different periods. All ceiling paintings from the mid-19th century and moldings from the 1920s were restored. The final pavement is a composition of wood and traditional tiles in some specific areas.
